UNICEF Internship Programme 2016

The UNICEF Internship programme is offering qualified students an opportunity to acquire practical experience in UNICEF's work and United Nations system under the supervision of experienced UNICEF staff.
Interships are offered in all UNICEF's functional areas: Adolescent Development, Child Protection, Communication for Development (C4D), Education, Health, HIV/AIDS, Human Rights, Monitoring and Evaluation, Nutrition, Planning, Social and Economic Policy, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), Alliances and Resource Mobilization, Communication / External Relations, Private Fundraising and Partnerships, Emergency Programme, Finance and Administration, Human Resources, Information Communication Technology, Supply/Logistics, Support: Communication, Support: Programme, Support: Operations, Deputy Representative, Representative, Early Childhood Development, Executive Management, Expanded Programme Immunization, Internal Audit Management, Knowledge Management, Legal, Operations and Business Management, Security, Statistics and Monitoring, UN and Multilateral Affairs, and Innovation.
Duration of Internship: six (6) weeks to six (6) months
Eligibility: Candidates must  be enrolled in a Masters degree program or Bachelors degree program ( they must have completed at least 2 years of full time studies), demonstrate academic excellence and be proficient in at least one of UNICEF's working languages (English, French or Spanish).
