Yale University Visiting Graduate Student Summer Fellowship


The Beinecke Rare Books and Manuscript Library, Yale University  is offering visiting graduate summer fellowships for the period of June1 - August 31, 2017.
Graduates students who are currently enrolled in a PhD or DPhil program anywhere in the world are eligible. The fellowship supports graduate students who want to use the Library's collections as a primary source of their dissertation research.
The Beinecke Library is Yale University's principal repository for literary papers, early manuscripts and rare books in the fields of theology, literature, history and the natural sciences. If you are currently a PhD candidate in any of these areas, this is a good opportunity to gain access to uncommon material for your dissertation.
The fellowships covers the travel cost of selected students to and from the USA and a living allowance of $3,000 per month.
